A.S.Coal Resources Pte. Ltd., Singapore is a Special Purpose Vehicle(SPV) Company incorporated in Singapore in the year 2008.

Its Principal Shareholder is Mr. Jaimin Vyas. Mr. Vyas a British Citizen of Indian descent. His various individual and family companies are engaged in trading of Coal, Iron ore and Diamonds.    

• The Company is involved in making downstream investments in Power Projects in India

• We provide the entire spectrum of services covering inter-alia identifying EPC contractor negotiating and finalising EPC Contracts, negotiating and finalising fuel supply arrangements.

• We also provide the entire spectrum of complete logistics and shipping contracts for supply of imported Coal to Power Plant finalisation and Owners engineering for the Project.

• We are currently foraying into Backward Integration for EPC Contracting viz supplying Balance of Plant (BOP) for which A S Coal is currently in talks with a leading conglomerate.
